membership

one plan: $19/month or $190/year. first month is $1. after the first month, you're on a monthly (or yearly) recurring charge until you cancel or pause. cancel any time — your access continues through the end of the period you already paid for. this is beta pricing. prices may change for future members. if a change ever affects your membership, we'll email you before it does.

refunds

any reason, first 30 days of either plan. just reply to any email. after that, we can't refund past periods, but you can cancel or pause for the future.

your content

recipes you post, photos of your cooks, notes, messages — you own them. by posting, you give us permission to show them inside the club (and in the scope you chose: whole club, just the chef, or private). we won't use your content in marketing without asking you specifically.

our content

public postcards and the recipes marked free are there to read, cook, and share by link. member-only recipes, videos, and class replays stay inside the club. don't repost, resell, scrape, or feed any of our content to an AI training pipeline.

behavior

be a decent person in chat, recipe notes, and cook photos. we reserve the right to remove content and, for repeated nonsense, cancel your membership (with refund for the unused period).

warranties

we serve food-allergy-aware recipes but can't guarantee our ingredients are safe for your specific situation — it's your call and your kitchen. we're not responsible for burns, cuts, food poisoning, dinner-party failures, or the mole that turned out worse than your cousin's.

law + disputes

these terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. disputes get resolved in California courts. no class actions — keep it one-on-one.

changes

we update these now and then. we'll email you before any change that actually affects your rights. continued use after a change means you're cool with it.
